These terms cover your use of this website and the services provided by All Star Waste Management Services(“All Star,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, requesting a quote, or booking work, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide junk removal, bulk trash pickup, property cleanouts, light demolition support and roll-off dumpster rental across Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia and Delaware. Availability varies by location.
Quotes and pricing
- Prices shown on this site are starting rates. Your final price depends on volume, material type, location and access.
- We quote before we lift. Once a quote is agreed, that is the price — unless the scope changes on site, and we will get your approval before doing anything that changes it.
- Dumpster rentals include a stated tonnage allowance. Weight beyond that allowance is billed at the overage rate quoted to you.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Scheduling and cancellation
- We aim to arrive within the window booked, and will contact you if that changes.
- You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to two hours before your window.
- If our crew arrives and cannot access the items or the drop site, a trip charge may apply.
What we cannot take
Federal and state rules prohibit us from transporting hazardous materials, including paint and solvents, chemicals and pesticides, asbestos, gasoline and oil, propane tanks, medical waste and ammunition. You are responsible for telling us if such materials are present. See What We Take for the full list.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other terms have been agreed in writing. Account customers are billed per their agreed terms. We may charge for costs we incur recovering unpaid amounts.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from All Star Waste Management Services at that number. Messages are sent from our toll-free number (855) 710-5865. You can also start a conversation by texting that number yourself; we will only reply about your inquiry or job.
What you will receive
Service messages relating to your job: quote responses, appointment confirmations, arrival windows, crew updates, invoices and follow-up.
- Message frequency varies depending on your job and how you contact us.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (855) 710-5865 or pickup@allstarwaste.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of phone calls or email. How we handle messaging data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We are licensed and insured. We take care on every job, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, for damage arising from conditions we were not told about, or for items removed at your direction. Please check the load before we leave — once material has been disposed of it cannot be recovered.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
