- Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address, service address and company name, submitted through our quote form, contact form, or by calling, texting or emailing us.
- Job details you give us — what needs hauling, photographs you send us, preferred dates and arrival windows.
- Basic technical data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected automatically so the site works and so we can see which pages are useful.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule and carry out the work you asked for.
- To reach you about a job — confirmations, arrival windows, crew updates and invoices.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may text you about your job — quotes, appointment confirmations, arrival windows and follow-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to do the job:
- Service providers who operate this site, our scheduling and dispatch tools, our messaging platform and our invoicing — and only so they can provide those services to us.
- Disposal, recycling and donation facilities, where a job requires it.
- Legal and safety — where we are required by law, or to protect our people, customers or property.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we need them to service your account and to meet tax, insurance and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of marketing email, or reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
